HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD  CHILLI & REMOVE FRIED CHILLI FROM THE PAN. NOW  FRY ONION IN HOT OIL, ADD TURMERIC, CHILLI,GINGER,GARLIC & A LITTLE WATER. MIX YOGURT & POPPY SEEDS BATA IN THE  FRIED SPICES. NOW COVER WITH FISH ON LOW HEAT. AFTER A WHILE ,ADD FRIED CHILLI TO THE FISH & COVER THE FISH & COOK IT. WHEN THE OIL RISES FROM THE FISH, TAKE THE FISH  DOWN. YOUR DISH IS READY TO EAT. INGREDIENTS: (1)>

  • MINCED MEAT 1 KG
  • GARLIC PASTE 1 TABLESPOON
  • GINGER PASTE 1 
  • SALT 2 TEASPOON
  • KABAB SPICE 1/2
  • GHEE TABLESPOON 2
  • CORIANDER PASTE 1 TABLESPOON
  • FLOUR 2 TABLESPOON
  • CUMIN PASTE 1/2
  • SUGAR 1 TEASPOON
  • SLICE BREAD 2 PIECES    


METHOD: (1) > PUT  THE  MINCED MEAT WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS, GRIND IT ROUND AND IT ON A COAL FIRE. MIX GHEE 1/4 CUP WITH MEATBALLS & PUT IT ON THE BOWL & SPRINKLE THE MEATBALLS WITH YOGURT.

  • BASMATI RICE 1 KG
  • CLOVES 4 PIECES
  • KEORA WATER 1 TABLESPOON
  • BAY LEAVES 2 PIECES
  • POTATO BOKHARA 8 - 10 PIECES
  • OIL 1/2 CUP
  • RAISINS 2 TABLESPOON
  • ONION PASTE 2 TABLESPOON
  • LATEX 1/2 CUP
  • GINGER PASTE 1 TABLESPOON
  • SOUR YOGURT 1/2
  • GARLIC BATA 1 TEASPOON
  • MILK 4 CUPS
  • POPPYSEED PASTE 1 TABLESPOON
  • GREEN PEPPERS 5-6 PIECES
  • PESTO NUTS 2 TABLESPOONS
  • POPPY PASTE 1 TABLESPOON
  • SUGAR 1 TABLESPOON
  • CARDAMOMS 4 PIECES
  • SALT 2 TEASPOON
  • CINNAMON 6 PIECES
  • vv SAFFRON 1/2
  • ROSE WATER 1 TABLESPOON              
METHOD:(2)>  WASH THE RICE & SOAK IT .PUT SOME MILK TO IT FOR AN HOUR. REMOVE THE RICE FROM THE MILK & PLACE IT IN THE DISH. MIX WATER WITH MILK & MAKE SEVEN CUPS. HEAT OIL & GHEE & COOK. THIS TIME  ADD ALL THE BATA SPICES & HOT SPICES TO THE GHEE & ADD WATER MIXED WITH MILK.WHEN THE WATER BOILS , ADD RICE. WHEN THE WATER IS DRY, GIVE SOME CURRY, MILK, SOME ROSE WATER, SAFFRON. AFTER 10 MINUTES, REMOVE HALF OF THE POLAO. RAISINS, GREEN PEPPERS, MEAT BALLS, HOT SPICES POWDER, POTATO BOKHARA, SOME BERESTA SQUEEZE THE REST OF THE POLAO & PUT SOME PESTO NUTS  TO IT FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
