PRIVACY POLICY

 I want to ensure my blog meets the necessary legal criteria it must have. At current I do not earn any income from my blog and have only had 15 post written following receipt of a gifted product. I have a privacy policy on my blog that I wrote myself, following reading information and guidance on the 2018 GDPR (referenced below my privacy policy). It also has a contact email address and states will be reviewed yearly and dates when I have updated the policy.


Further educating myself in blogging this year it has come to light that I need to have a disclaimer, disclosure and website terms & conditions also. Is it sufficient for me to write these myself or doing they need to be written with the guidance of a legal professional or using a purchased template. Does Google offer templates or advice for these for their users with blogs on Blogger?
