NOW COVER WITH FISH ON LOW HEAT. AFTER A WHILE ,ADD FRIED CHILLI TO THE FISH & COVER THE FISH & COOK IT. WHEN THE OIL RISES FROM THE FISH, TAKE THE FISH DOWN. YOUR DISH IS READY TO EAT.
